Comprehensive On-site Collection Solutions
We offer comprehensive onsite collection solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs and requirements of our customers.
Pickup and Drop-off Services
We offer convenient pickup and drop-off services for a wide range of IT-based e-waste items, including computers, laptops, printers, networking equipment, data storage devices and more. We also have onsite cages/bins for you to fill over time. If you require urgent removal or data destruction services this can also be arranged on an ‘as required’ basis.
Refurbishing old equipment
If the assets received by us are able to be refurbished and reused, we do so wherever possible. From an energy use point, it is more efficient to get a further use out of IT equipment than to strip it down and have the base components recycled. We work with various local non-for-profit and charitable organisations to get the refurbished equipment to those in the most need. Whereas a three-year old laptop may be ready for replacement by your organisation, it may well do those less fortunate for another five years. And of course, all storage drives are fully erased and sanitised before reuse.
Trackable Data Destruction and Information Security
We provide trackable data destruction services using high-level data wiping software to ensure the complete removal of data from hard disk drives, thus maintaining information security. For a complete solution, the physical destruction of storage mediums is also available; whether that be Hard Disk Drives, Solid State Drives, 3.5″, 2.5″ or M.2 media, or optical and magnetic/tape media.
E-Waste Recycling and Disposal
All e-waste processed at our facilities undergoes recycling and management in accordance with ISO standards, including AS/NZ 5377, ensuring sustainable and environmentally responsible practices are adhered to at all times.
Professional Communication and Reporting
Our services include professional communication and detailed reporting throughout the collection, decommissioning, and data destruction processes as required by our clients.
